Walkaway

It is really pretty simple – when George Bush started bailing out the banks in 2008, I decided to start making plans to bail out of the United States!

The system of the U.S.A. ( Europe, Japan) is not a system for the average citizen. The U.S. Government (Europe, Japan) is Anti-us! Anti-me and Anti-you!

I decided to drop out and travel. I was not going to support a country that was doing many things that were against me, and against you.

The blog is about my travels outside the U.S.A.

It is about the people I meet on the road.

I’ll share with you places that I think you would enjoy if you visited the towns/countries.

I meet people in many different countries, that feel the way I do.

One person who runs a business in Honduras told me,”I wanted to pursue the American dream, I just couldn’t do it in America!”

I hope you still, as I do, love America.

The best thing for the country is change! Unfortunately, with the powers that be so entrenched, the best way to do that is to leave, or drop out of the mainstream of life while living in the U.S.A.

Dropping out while living in the U.S.A. limited my options. There are more then enough countries in the world that want people who want to succeed.

The western world, with all it’s debt, really has no choice but to tax it’s people more and more. This hurts people who want to succeed.

If you think that the governments will tax businesses, here’s a question for you:

Who paid for the mistakes of the businesses (banks, insurance companies, automobile companies, ) over the last 4 years?

The bond holders and investors of the banks?

Nope.

All the bailouts and subsidies were done to protect the bondholders and shareholders. YOU, the taxpayer, COVERED THE LOSSES! ( Think Iceland, Ireland, Greece here – probably Spain, Portugal and others)

This is not democracy. This is socialism, fascism or communism – take your pick.

So, I am off in search of a better place to live.

Join me in my search.

Ask me questions, offer ideas, suggest things about the blog. I want this to be as interactive as possible.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you decide to join me on The Big Mozey!

Cheers for now,

John D. Wilson

Have only just discovered your blog, but like what I see so far. My blog is more lighthearted, silly, and about believing in the good in people. My social media accounts, however, more openly reflect my disgust with the current monetary system, lack of meaningful online privacy policies, and other injustices. I still do believe in all the good stuff, I just think that it’s useful to point out the inconsistencies and hypocrisies to get people questioning things, rather than accepting what they are told.

Blessings to you and keep up the good work!

      Hi once again Katrina,
I am certainly glad you found my blog!
I think age plays a big part in my more “serious” tone.
Light hearted is always good, as there is humor found in most things.
There is a lot to be disgusted about with the world – more so considering the extent of the damage that will occur when things go bust – which they will do.
Thinking for oneself is always a challenge for the average person, not buying into the “mass media and government agenda.
“This could be the start of a long friendship” – Humphrey Bogart, Casablanca.
Signed up for your blog, and look forward to reading more of your posts.
      Cheers,
      John D. Wilson
